Shipping and Returns

 FREE Shipping in  All USA Orders:

We are pleased to offer you FREE SHIPPING for all USA. No code or coupon need. No Hassle.

It takes 1-2 business days to process your order and we ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends. All US domestic orders ship via USPS Priority with tracking number with expected delivery between 5-7 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow sometime for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status. 

Flat Rate Shipping for Canada:

There is a flat rate shipping of 3.99$ for all Canada orders. However you can get FREE shipping for Canada orders over $100.

It takes 1-2 business days to process your order and we ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends. All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First Class with expected delivery between   10-15 days. No tracking number will be provided for international shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Flat Rate International Shipping Rest of the World: ( Non USA or Canada Orders)

We offer $15 flat rate for all international shipping for orders with one pair, and then just add $3 per pair after first pair. 

It takes 1-2 business days to process your order and we ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends. International orders ship USPS First Class International with expected delivery between 10-15 days. No tracking number will be provided for international shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. In general we do ship to internationally, however we do sometimes make exceptions for security or other reasons without previous notice.

We can not take responsibility for items lost or stolen after a package is confirmed as delivered by USPS tracking, and will not refund a lost or stolen item. We encourage customers who find that their USPS tracking status is "delivered" but they have not received their package and/or believe it to be lost or stolen, to file a claim through USPS. We are happy to provide whatever information you need to assist you with opening a claim.

 

 

International Taxes and Duties:

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by The Avarca Store. 

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for you to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. The Avarca Store cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

Return/Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges and returns only within 30 days of online purchase, provided they are in new condition and with original boxes and packaging. If you need to set up a return, email us at info@avarcastore.com so we can get started on the return or exchange process. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

For returns we will credit the credit card you used for the purchase. However we do not reimburse any shipping fee or duty/brokerage charges for international orders.

Also note that we cannot take responsibility for returned items that got lost on the mail or stolen, and will not refund a lost or stolen item. 

We proudly offer free shipping but not free returns at this time. 

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement depending on your credit card company.
